Applications are invited from eligible candidates professing Hindu Religion only through online mode upto 18.06.2022 for direct recruitment to the post of Executive Officer, Grade-IV included in Group-VIII Services. Only persons professing Hindu Religion as required by ‘Section 10’ of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act, 22 of 1959) are eligible to apply.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

                    (as on 20.05.2022) Applicants must possess the following or its equivalent qualification: Educational Qualification Preferential Qualification Minimum General Educational Qualification; OR The title of “Tamil Pulavar” recognized by the University Grants Commission. Provided that, other things being equal, preference shall be given to employees of Religious Institutions (other than Government Servants) who have put in not less than 5 years of Service. Explanation: Minimum General Educational Qualification means: i) A pass in the SSLC Examination with eligibility for admission to College courses of studies in the Universities in this State. (11 years course of study) OR A pass in the SSLC Examination of this State. (10 years course of study) 5 Note: (i) The higher qualification claimed to have possessed over and above the prescribed qualification for this post should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies viz., 10th + HSC or its equivalent +U.G. degree as required under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016. The results of examination should have been declared on or before the date of Notification. [Section 20 (4) (iv) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016] (ii) Applicants claiming equivalence of qualification to the prescribed qualification should upload and submit evidence for equivalence of qualification in the form of Government Order issued on or before the date of this notification and submit it along with the online application, failing which, their application will be summarily rejected after due process.
